Political Discussion

We at Poole Conservatives encourage political discussion and seek to foster an environment where members, whether elected or unelected, can debate issues freely in a friendly environment. We do this in a number of ways:

Conservative Political Forum

Conservative Political Forum (CPF) is a group which meets approximately 6 times a year. At each meeting it debates a particular political issue and responds to questions raised in a discussion paper on the subject produced by Conservative Central Office. The responses are collated are fed back to Central Office as input into its policy-making process. It is open to all members who are interested. For more information, please contact Cllr Mohan Iyengar - 07887 684 174.

Cabinet Club

For those of you who have been in business or have business interests, we organise regular breakfasts at local hotels. Sir Robert Syms will be there to speak on topical issues and is always pleased to answer any questions you may have. For more information, please contact Kay Bachman - 01202 739922.
