It is these decisions that determine the level of your council tax and the effectiveness and efficiency of the services that Poole residents expect.
After exhaustive research by the Council Officers, the Conservative Administration decided that a new recycling facility, ready for the 21st Century was required. This facility will help Poole meet its recycling targets and save the Council Tax payer money as waste sent to landfill is currently taxed by the Government at £56/tonne rising annually. The new facility is costing £5 million and is progressing on time and on budget.
