Tony was first elected as a Councillor for Penn Hill in 2019. In addition to the environment, Tony is passionate about Penn Hill representation from within the new unitary authority. He is keen to represent, protect and develop Penn Hill his being conscious of ward needs and the many challenges surrounding planning, street cleansing and maintenance, education [places and curriculum], parks and open spaces and the importance of the continued development of business and commerce, infrastructure, social care and housing.
Ensuring that the ward continues to protect, develop and grow to the benefit of all of its residents, our children and families; by confirming that the ward is strongly represented and continues to grow and develop with ongoing investment from the new unitary authority.
A resident of Penn Hill, Tony has a record of achievement in security and defence industries where results required excellent listening and communication skills in environments often unionised, highly politicised and competitive. Award winning Tony was also a director of the National Security Inspectorate and a chair of the British Security Industry Association.
