Ward activist - Poole Town
Sarah studied economics at the LSE and is a qualified accountant. Her work experience includes the Foreign Office fast stream including a major Whitehall policy co-ordination role. She then ran a regeneration programme for Wandsworth, and large Social Housing projects for the Homes and Communities Agency. Sarah helped run her daughter’s swimming club and founded a group to save her local park. Sarah believes in getting the basics right. If local services are run well, the rest follows. Her links to the area date back to when her father was evacuated here, returning for retirement. Sarah then cared for her mother who suffered from Alzheimers.
