Cllr Elaine Atkinson
Elaine was first elected in 1995 and has served in most areas of council services. Since 2003 her portfolio responsibilities have included Social Services, Health, Housing and Communities, Culture and Community Learning.

She has been Leader of the council since October 2010 and with the Conservative team intends to ensure Poole is a town able to meet the needs of current and future generations with jobs and homes and with the world class Twin Sails bridge encouraging more world class business and developments to the town.
